WORKFLOW CHART FOR STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN ERASMUS+ EDUCATION MOBILITY

 

The workflow chart to be followed by students who want to participate in the Erasmus+ Mobility of the Department of Western Languages and Literatures/English Language and Literature, is as follows:

The Learning Agreement is prepared with a minimum of 30 ECTS, taking into account course equivalences.

For visa procedures, travel health insurance is obtained (covering outpatient and inpatient care, minimum coverage of 30,000 €), and other necessary documents are provided.

All documents prepared by the student before mobility are checked, grant agreements must be signed, and 70% of the grant's payments

must be done before the mobility

The student goes to the Erasmus office/Foreign Relations Office of the institution he/she attends.

The "Arrival" section of the Certificate of Arrival/Departure document is filled in and signed by the Erasmus office there. The signed document is scanned and sent via email to erasmusogrenimcomu.edu.tr

Course registration is made with the department coordinator of the host institution.
