 WORKFLOW CHART FOR STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN FARABI EDUCATION MOBILITY

 

The workflow chart to be followed by students who want to participate in the Farabi Student Mobility of the Department of Western Languages and Literatures/English Language and Literature, is as follows:

The call for applications is announced by ÇOMU Farabi Unit

The student applies with an application form, transcript, disciplinary certificate, and student certificate.

Candidate students are selected among the applicants according to their grade point averages and the quota of the institution.

Application forms and information forms are received from prospective students.

WHAT IS REQUIRED DURING THE STUDENT EDUCATION MOBILITY BEGINS

When the academic semester begins, the student registers to the host institution.

If there are changed courses in the previously prepared Learning Protocol, an Add-Drop form is issued.

An interim report is sent to CHE (Council of Higher Education)

Course changes are sent to the ÇOMU department coordinator for approval.

After the ÇOMU department coordinator approves the course changes, the Add-Drop form is approved by the department coordinator of the other institution.

WHAT IS REQUIRED AFTER THE STUDENT EDUCATION MOBILITY BEGINS

The student's participation certificate and transcript are sent to ÇOMU Farabi Coordinator by the host institution.

The incoming transcript is sent to the department for matching, and the participation certificate is delivered to the student.

The Department Coordinator ensures that the transcript is reviewed by the Department Committee and the decision is sent to the Registrar's Office.
